Minimum 5 years experience in a sales focused role, with management oversight and responsibilities strongly preferred.
Management of all POINT3 inside and outside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed established individual and departmental goals.
Highly organized, detail oriented and comfortable with budget management principles.
Experience with team uniform, sporting goods and/or apparel sales preferred.
Willing to travel on occasion (1-2x per month especially during March-July) as part of your job responsibilities.
Recruit, train and supervise new POINT3 sales reps focused on both inside and outside sales.

The Sales Team Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting with customer inquiries and orders
• Maintaining accurate records of customer orders and sales
• Assisting with sales presentations and proposals
• Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings and events
• Preparing sales reports and other documents
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Assisting with marketing and promotional activities
• Providing general administrative support to the sales team
