Communicate problems, needs, and successes with Congo Field Sales Reps and Congo District Manager

A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.

Retail experience in grocery, mass, or drug store

Effectively communicate with all key decision makers in the assigned retail stores

Fill shelves, replenish existing displays, build new displays, fill coolers, clean product and displays, rotate product

Complete needed administration through CRM

Maintain active communication with the Merchandiser Manager and the Sales Merchandisers to guarantee quality products organization.

Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office, produce industry software and common E Mail systems are required.

1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual role

1-2 years experience in home related design or visual merchandising preferred. Specialty retail preferred

Assist in processing sales transactions. Must be knowledgeable of return, markdown/discount, tax, security and packaging policies; and capture customer information.

Minimum of 1-2 years of related Customer Experience, preferably within the luxury retail environment

Assist in all guest service areas as called upon – Call Center, Guest Kitchen, Sales Floor, Concierge & Administration.

Check-in and out with manager on duty

Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products

Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste

Assist in the assembling and disassembling of promotional materials such as signs, banners, and cardboard displays

Be 16 years of age or older

Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support

Effectively communicate with management and other team members

Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to management

Pay Range: $14.00 - $14.80, depending on experience

Paid Time Off plus paid holidays
