Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Management, Marketing, or related areas.

Strong skills in MS Access, SQL, DHCP, UNIX/Linux Server.

Solid working knowledge of network security and server operting systems, LAN, C++, Java, JavaScript, and VMware.

Strong inter-personal and communication skills.

Strong computer skills as well as willingness to learn and effectively utilize the proprietary business system.

Advanced knowledge in data analysis and reporting, marketing principles, and strategy development in building materials industry.

Leasing experience is a plus but not required

Have a complete understanding of the apartments and amenities of the community as well as competitor communities

Prepare leases for move ins and renewals

The Sales and Leasing Lead is responsible for coordinating all Leasing activities across the two companies.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant commercial or Technical field.

Have or be eligible to attain a passport for international travel.

Would ideally have fluency in French and/or Spanish.

Compressed full-time 4.5 days' work week.
