You’ll be responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service for our residents and prospective residents, first and foremost.

Working alongside the leasing office team to answer phones, handle customer related activities and inquiries, and other administrative duties.

Posting on Social Media is a must – you’ll do several ads each day so bring your creativity to the table.

Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations

Past sales experience is preferred

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around

Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement

Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing

Previous sales or customer service experience is required.

The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, residents, and vendors.

Please note that as a part-time position, this role will work up to 24-hours per week, including weekend hours.

Working weekend shifts is required for this role and will be discussed in the interview process.
