1+ year of people management experience

3+ years of analytical experience in supply chain

Analyze inventory performance KPIs to identify areas of improvement

Create and update inventory reports

Drive process improvements with cross functional teams as well as develop and test new reporting

Utilize Tableau to provide business intelligence for leadership and broader supply chain teams

Participating in forecast discussions to ensure key knowledge is shared across the forecasting team

University degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or in a similar numeric field would be beneficial

Diploma in Technical Analysis from the STA or equivalent (or relevant experience in technical analysis/commodity price analysis)

Excellent analytical, qualitative and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy

Excellent writing skills, able to articulate insight and reports clearly and concisely

Becoming an expert in Mintec’s price forecast methodology

Knowledge of an Inventory or Manufacturing software such as BaaN, Oracle, SAP or equivalent ERP order processing system.

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Knowledge of Customs regulations and procedures.

Plans and forecasts future inventory levels based on sales forecast, historic and current stock levels.

Conducts usage analysis, economic studies, regulatory conformance reporting and market feedback to improve “market pricing” worldwide within the Liebherr Mining Organization.

Facilitate and coordinate logistics for return goods and inter-company transfer of parts and components.

Ensure alignment between demand requirements and supply capabilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Lead monthly forecast reviews with account managers

Publish Excess and Obsolete data and distribute per departmental requirements.

Collaborate with Finance team on ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Bachelor’s Degree or 4 equivalent experience

Understanding of corporate investments, risk and portfolio management

Financial modeling experience, math and quantitative analysis skills

Maintain our credit metrics dashboard and coordinate with Finance and Strategy and IR its accuracy.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Banking with experience in cash forecasting.

Support back- and middle-office activities related to Block’s in-house fixed income investment portfolio including trade matching, settlement, allocation, and reconciliation.

Perform analytical analysis on historical data using Excel, MicroStrategy software packages and Verint workforce management tools.

Support managers in the execution of project duties.

Prepare and present forecasting proposals and recommendations to operations managers and during the regular forecasting cycles.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of Workforce/ Forecast analyst experience.

Human Collaboration Skills: Work may require providing advice to others outside direct reporting relationships on specific problems or general policies.

· Intermediate (Formulas, vlookups & graphs) to Advanced (Pivot & Macros) Excel skills

Manage quotas modification forecasts (with supply and FMR when needed) and coordinate actions after forecast modification requests feedback

Update regional supply team and master file after validating with Product managers

Manage quota issues with supply team and sales ops

4-5 years of experience in marketing or planning function with strong forecasting and budget experience

Ensure forecasting tool is up to date (coordinate reconciliation with supply team tools FM) to ensure teams visibility is accurate

Send weekly emails (to each department involved in FM run) to:

Experience in business process improvement projects as well as program and project management

BA/BS degree in Supply Chain/Operations, Economics, Business Management, or Statistics preferred

Improvement and documentation for the S&OP process and requirements

Work with planning teams to to gather and understand requirements for forecasting tool improvement to support an Anaplan Model Builder

Experience in supply chain, and the S&OP process, as well as data analytics and visualization.

Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tool
