Experience in analyzing data to improve productivity and processes.

Exceptional leadership and organizational skills

Experience implementing work management systems using an agile methodology

Prosci – certified or general knowledge of the Prosci methodology

Majority of the projects in flight or in queue are technical in nature and thus a technical background would be helpful.
