Maintain Management Systems/Maritime Safety Homeport/SharePoint site(s) in accordance with the latest updates/requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management of Information Systems (MIS) or a closely related discipline (Management Science, Industrial Engineering).
Manage analyzing and uploading of external audit findings from our recognized organization into SeaEvent system for follow-up and implementation.
Coordinate SQM Comments Manager web portal maintenance and ensure appropriate follow-up with users for action and completion.
Experience with analytical tools, preferred.
Knowledge of Tableau Power BI or other business intelligence software preferred.

Detailed Job Description Safety Compliance System Specialists are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety systems, procedures, and policies to ensure that all safety requirements are met. They must be knowledgeable of all applicable safety regulations and standards and ensure that they are followed. They must also be able to identify potential safety hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them. They must be able to conduct safety audits and inspections and provide training and guidance to staff on safety regulations and procedures. Skill Requirements Safety Compliance System Specialists must have excellent communication and organizational skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to analyze data and identify potential safety hazards. They must also be able to develop and implement safety systems, procedures, and policies. Qualifications Safety Compliance System Specialists must have a bachelor’s degree in safety management, occupational health and safety, or a related field. They must also have experience in safety management and/or safety compliance. Knowledge Safety Compliance System Specialists must have knowledge of safety regulations and standards, safety management systems, and safety auditing. They must also have knowledge of risk assessment and hazard identification. Experience Safety Compliance System Specialists must have at least two years of experience in safety management and/or safety compliance.
