Experience working professionally with other department personnel, co-workers and management

Knowledge of basic math skills and ability to handle currency and coin

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Company’s rewards program, and inform guests of all benefits associated with the rewards program

Previous experience in a customer service industry

Proven experience providing high level of guest service

Remain up to date with monthly marketing promotions

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Maintains a professional appearance and speaks in a courteous manner using good customer service skills.

Maintains a safe, clean and functional work environment.

Attends training classes and meetings as directed.

Maintains patient confidentiality as required by NYULMC.

Reviews patient census information, articulates the menu selections, and works as a liaison to Patient Services for meal set up.

Communicate with Diet Office and/or management when additional service recovery is needed or a safety concern occurs.
