In Room Dining Busser Jobs

Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales.

Perform all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles, the food server function and restaurant and kitchen operations.

Set-up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines, procedures and policies as prescribed by company standards.

Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays in order to maintain established sanitation guidelines.

Six months minimum food and beverage experience.

Working knowledge of food, wines, spirits.

Computer skills are helpful but not required.

High school education or equivalent experience

One year previous experience in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet

The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Deliver amenities including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room and ensure that it is to the correct standard.

Restock MyBar products to standard for all guest rooms prior to arrival and throughout each guests stay.

Ensure consistent communication with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service.

Uphold food and beverage knowledge.

Demonstrate ability to aid co-workers during service while successfully maintaining responsibilities.

Maintains guest satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating food beverage and service offerings.

Demonstrate knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards.

Attend to all incoming requests and orders from hotel guests in a timely manner.
