Experience in similar positions: lodging, housing, hospitals, and care facilities all helpful, not mandatory.

Report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager.

Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and understand the safety and security needs of our guests and associates.

Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds.

Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, reach, crawl, kneel.

Cleans bathrooms - scrubbing basin, bathtub, toilet and tile floor with appropriate cleanser. Completes by disinfecting surfaces and wiping dry.

Replenishes supplies, towels, and amenities. Places proper quantities of pens, stationery, and tissue in room according to franchise standards.

Reports status of rooms as completed to the inspectress.

One year previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Clean rooms/suites as assigned by Director/Supervisor.

Responsible for any assigned keys.

Vacuum and sweep carpets and floor.

Dust and clean room decorations, appliances and structural surfaces.

Change linen and make beds.

Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

Provide customer service to guests, including information about hotel services, activities, and amenities

Previous housekeeping experience a plus, but not necessary.

Up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

High school education is not required.

High School education or its equivalent.

Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.

Comply with Stonebridge Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Be helpful to the guests in a courteous manner at all times, and inform Supervisor or Housekeeping Management of any requests

Report any deficiencies, damages, and unusual circumstances to the Supervisor or Housekeeping Management

Learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property

Clean, tidy, supply, and update status of each assigned guest room, suite or villa according to set standards

Must comply with all hotel safety rules, must use appropriate safety equipment at all times

Employees must fulfill their performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules, and procedures of the hotel

Education/Experience: High school or equivalent preferred and/or must have at least six months of relevant experience

Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways and public areas of the hotel

Stock cart with room supplies, replace linens and replenish guest room supplies

Provide outstanding guest service based on Rosen Standards
