Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Prior sales and management experience preferred.

Ensure all management reporting is complete, accurate submitted in a timely manner.

Starting salary is based on experience*

Manage customer accounts and collections.

Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA)or customer relationship management (CRM) software, ideally SalesForce

Utilize CRM tools to record activity and manage the sales pipeline.

2+ years of demonstrated experience in the outdoor sign industry

2+ years of product sales experiencepreferred

*The Territory Manager must live within the specified region.

Develop new and existing customers in the assigned territory and drive the sign companies to outperform base sales dollar goals.

Communicate guest feedback to management

Educate guests on products offered and the Vosges story

Previous experience in a specialty retail setting

Knowledge of basic sanitation and kitchen equipment skills.

Preparing employee meals in a timely manner, maintaining all sanitation requirements. Cleaning, and restocking the kitchen and employee dining room.

Accepting deliveries from vendors, communicating any discrepancies or substitutions to the warehouse supervisor, EDR supervisor, or general manager.

Adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures, cooking requirements, and handling techniques.

Previous line or batch cooking experience.
