Previous experience in primary care or other clinically related field

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software experience – multiple preferred

Excellent verbal and written skills required. Customer service experience preferred.

Our management team has been promoted from within

Document patient calls within the EHR and coordinates with the clinical team to resolve patient questions.

Refill medications at the direction of a medical provider, send orders, and relay patient instructions and pathology to patients.

Schedule patients for follow up appointments.

Provide overall support of the clinical team.

Perform and manage electrical characterization testing activities on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products return to Micron to identify root cause.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong technical core competence and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Industry experience in characterizing memory or CMOS products using electrical characterization techniques.

BS/MS Electrical or Computer Engineering or 3+ years of hands-on test engineering experience.

Provide technical analysis reports to Micron’s key customers identifying specific analysis observations, test coverage and process improvements.

Strong computer skills including MS excel and Access.

Ability to be able to pay close attention to detail and must be accurate.

Proven self-starter, must be able to work both independently and on a team.

Must have strong verbal and written communications.
