Revenue Specialist Hiring Jobs

Lead monthly phone meetings with sales, consulting and/or project management across the U.S. to review consulting engagements for accurate revenue recognition

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of Accounting experience-even if it is an internship

Experience with the calculation of revenue or reviewing revenue results for a service organization preferred is a plus

Public accounting or experience working for a public company a plus

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including creation of pivot tables and VLookUps

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

·Provide specific feedback and guidance to retail management teams following onboard audits

·Provide detailed development plans for retail management to improve onboard stock standards

·Support the wider Profit Protection team (Data Specialists) with the ERP dashboard management

·Understanding of Stock Management and Profit and Loss systems

·You will be working closely with onboard retails teams and managers

Take ownership and manage multiple files and / or programs

inimum three (3) years proven industry experience

Possess strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills

Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

You will ensure internal control and financial integrity over the revenue management process.

You will communicate control violations to management

You have a Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of related work experience

You have intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

You have strong communication and customer service skills

You preferably have accounts receivable and collections experience

Reconcile fee rate set up to relationship management records, produce client reporting, and assist with audit inquires

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience

Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills

1 - 2 years of experience in mutual fund operations

Process and post mutual fund fee payments, contacting the fund companies as necessary

Reconcile daily cash receipts; resolving any discrepancies

Participate in training and other educational events as requested or directed by their Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

This is not a remote position; on-site attendance at our office in Brockway is required.

Process monthly billing in accordance with established policies and procedures and within timely guidelines

Conduct monthly reviews of all outstanding accounts receivable items for assigned facilities and complete timely follow up of all unpaid balances

Enter accurate and timely documentation of collection efforts into the billing software
