A Retirement Plan Coordinator is responsible for administering and managing retirement plans for clients. This includes providing customer service, managing plan documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.What is Retirement Plan Coordinator Skills Required?
• Knowledge of retirement plan regulations and compliance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
What is Retirement Plan Coordinator Qualifications?
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) or Certified Retirement Plan Administrator (CRPA)
• Minimum of two years of experience in retirement plan administration
What is Retirement Plan Coordinator Knowledge?
• Knowledge of retirement plan regulations and compliance
• Knowledge of retirement plan design and implementation
• Knowledge of retirement plan investments and asset allocation
• Knowledge of retirement plan recordkeeping and reporting
