Ability to work through complex issues and that require significant attention to detail and strong time management skills

Proven experience in vendor management

Experience with benefit plan audits and compliance filings

Knowledge of ERISA regulations and requirements

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint and large database experience

Position will actively interface with many internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis regarding retirement benefit concerns, questions, and analysis.

Experience using a case management system and knowledge portal

Flag any gaps in knowledge management materials at tier 0 (HROne) and tier 1 (call scripts)

Assists in the administration of qualified and non-qualified plan benefits payments, such as restoration payments, etc.

Experience working in a shared services center environment preferred

Previous retirement plan administration experience preferred

Knowledge of Total Rewards preferred

Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Effective time management; maximizes productivity.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Benefits Administration required.

Processes cases related to benefits administration and maintains benefits documents.

Collaborates and Cooperates with Team: Commits to and supports a collaborative and high-performing working environment with peers and managers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management and prioritization skills

2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred

Knowledge of tax exempt retirement products and services highly desirable

Previous phone center experience preferred

Your robust consultative, influencing and communication skills

Leverage guidance offering and appropriate tools to assist customers with their retirement readiness

Experience and expertise delivering retirement consulting services to Fortune 1,000 or organizations of similar size

Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client’s broader business issues

Ensure clients are regularly informed about the implications and opportunities that changing laws and regulations have related to their retirement plans

Develop new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships

Present strategy and retirement benefit proposals (new or changed plans) to management (the Pension and Benefits Committee)

Strong understanding and working knowledge of benefits laws and regulations;

Set and oversee the retirement benefit (pension, savings, retiree medical) strategy for the Company

Assess current retirement benefits programs, market trends, legislative, tax and social changes that impact the Company’s programs;

Support Finance by providing pension accounting expertise;

Lead Acquisition & Divestiture retirement / benefits matters during diligence, integrations and separations.
