Leads Effort to Develop and Review Records Retention Schedule

Skilled, understands and utilizes MTSS or willingness to be trained/knowledgeable

Skilled, understands and utilizes PBIS or willingness to be trained/knowledgeable and co-lead the PBIS team

Experience in D2C eCommerce strongly preferred; even better if you have experience in a subscription business

Experience in developing and delivering loyalty, referrals and rewards programs

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at one time.

You understand the importance of thinking creatively and logically when it comes to problem-solving, troubleshooting, project management, and strategizing.

Prior agency experience managing multiple clients.

Prior experience managing and/or mentoring a team.

Knowledge of triggered email campaigns, how behaviors on-site impact them, and the overall technical aspects of eCommerce email programs.

A minimum of one year of experience in managing email and SMS accounts while offering strategic guidance

Lead communication and manage client relationships, establishing campaign & flow calendars that are built around business goals

Preference of a year of experience at an email marketing agency

At least two years of experience in email marketing

Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (Postscript / Attentive etc. is a bonus)

Experience setting up flows, campaigns, popups and segmenting email and SMS lists
