Retention Project Specialist Jobs in New York

1-2 years experience in marketing (digital or e-commerce preferred; internship experience accepted)

Previous direct experience in email marketing

Proactively resolve problems and roadblocks in order to keep workflow on schedule and escalate higher level conflicts to manager for resolution.

Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements For a Community Job Retention Specialist

1 year of account and/or vendor management experience

Raise internal or member concerns with management as necessary.

Organize and facilitate member meetings and education events in collaboration with providers, sales, DSNP, and local community resources.

Communicate project requirements, status, open issues, and timeline to all team members.

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
