Retail Store Director Jobs in Connecticut

Solid experience is required in retail industry, effective team management, senior leadership skills managing both up and down.

Build motivated and high performing teams through effective leadership and line management

Expand relationship with Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to maximize sell out

Work with the HR department to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies are adhered to

Proactively encourage retail teams to deepen their knowledge about the customers and improve customers satisfaction and experience

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

5 - 10 years of store management experience

Constantly acquire new industry knowledge and skills and share learnings with team members and colleagues

Establish positive relationships, act with customers in mind, and have great networking and relationship management

Excellent communication skills with customers, associates and business partners

Attention to detail and strong follow through on responsibilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
