Professionally represent the Crosby Hops brand while emphasizing innovation, quality, service, history, and integrity.

2-3 years related to record management experience

Experience in managing work through a case/ticketing or online document management system

Develop and maintain cloud based document management system

Ensure records are uploaded and maintained appropriately in all document management applications

Knowledge of human resources and legal requirements related to record retention

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly detail-oriented

Secure seasonal deals, evergreen and dynamic promotions within the guidelines set by Management to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts

Secure additional rates and rooms as and when Hopper chooses to offer additional product to Hopper customers

Experience closing deals through complex sales engagements that include multiple relationship touchpoints and an understanding of varied sales methodologies

Working knowledge of the hotel distribution landscape

Experience using a CRM tool such as salesforce.com

Ability to both work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team of people owning different skill sets and perspectives
