Overview A Retail Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for preventing losses in a retail store. They are responsible for monitoring customers and employees, ensuring that all store policies are followed, and responding to any suspicious activity. Detailed Job Description The Retail Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for monitoring customers and employees in a retail store to prevent theft and other losses. They must be alert and observant at all times, and be able to identify suspicious behavior. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers and employees, and be able to respond quickly and appropriately to any suspicious activity. The Retail Loss Prevention Associate must also be familiar with all store policies and procedures, and be able to enforce them. Job Skills Required• Excellent observational skills
