Retail Human Resources Generalist Jobs

Support all administrative assignee management inclusive of contract renewals, travel policy management and handling general questions from assignees

Luxury retail experience preferred but not required

Proficient with HR systems; Must have at least 1 year of experience using SAP HR and proficient in Microsoft Excel

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; positive team player

Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Finance teams related to store repairs and maintenance

Setup and manage utilities, store maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), necessary inspections, vendors

Collaborate with Implementation, Design/Visual, IT, Loss Prevention, Business Development and Store Staff to setup and maintain store facilities across North America

Assist in new store acquisition and openings, onboarding stores and integrating them into standard ongoing operations

Accountable for timely completion of all store repair & maintenance requests.

Correspond with stores via CRM, email, and phone
