Create a positive and friendly experience for customers and fellow team members

Accurately process cash register transactions, input product costs, give correct change, and process debit and credit cards

Display a natural desire to greet, engage with, and sincerely thank the guest

Prepare products and order stock

Ensure the proper signage when needed

Maintain clean, neat and orderly cash register areas

Assist in the inventory management, price marking and merchandising of the check out area and surrounding departments as needed

Offer assistance to customers with large purchases as needed (carry purchases out to their cars)

Preferred 0-1 years previous experience in related position

Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Accurately scan and ring out all customer purchases using POS register including cash, check and charge transactions

Accurately provide change to customers

Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers

Possesses excellent customer service skills

Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect

Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures

Promotes credit and loyalty programs during customer interactions

Location: Long Beach Memorial Hospital - 2801 Atlantic Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90806. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and Part-time schedules available. Graveyard - 9:00pm - 5:30am, shift differential. More details upon interview.
