Detailed Job Description A Retail Ambassador is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers in a retail store. They must be able to answer questions about products and services, help customers find the items they need, and provide assistance with any issues that may arise. They must also be able to handle cash and credit transactions, as well as process returns and exchanges. Additionally, they must be able to maintain a clean and organized store, stock shelves, and help with inventory management. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
