Retail Account Representative Jobs in New York

2-5 years of client-facing sales/account management experience

This position will be remote flexible with some travel for meetings, industry events, etc.

With oversight and support, you'll engage with implementation coordinators (Onboarding) to ensure that Special Offers are likely to achieve partner objectives.

Continuing Education: Fetch provides ten thousand dollars annually in education reimbursement.

Work closely with senior members of the team, along with implementation and ATSO (data!) to maintain rightsized cost for partners.

Ability to take constructive criticism and be coached by upper management

Escalates customer issues to upper management when appropriate

Assesses the needs of each customer, provides appropriate product knowledge, and conducts each transaction with accuracy and efficiency

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience working within in a retail, sales, and/or hospitality environment

Acquired knowledge of cannabis strains and applications

Cannabis industry and/or health industry experience highly desirable
