Work From Home System Requirements

You have prior PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior Sales and in person customer service experience desired

This position is remote. Applicants are required to reside in the state of Virginia to be considered.

Have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience and be 18 years of age or older

A completed application will include providing some Personal Information, Work History, Education History, and Confirmation and Consent of the application.

Demonstrated proficiency in software systems including the ability to quickly learn and navigate a proprietary network management system.

2-year degree in Technology, IT, Science, or Engineering or equivalent experience desired, but open to trade schools and/or work experience.

Basic knowledge of electrical devices and electronics

Knowledge of IT networking environment and computer system

Communication skills – excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written

Computer proficiency – strong computer skills including data analysis and basic to intermediate M.S. Excel.

Understand the art of writing attention-grabbing headlines, weaving product benefits into simple, direct copy.

Experience in high-output direct response copywriting at a growing company.

Strong research skills and ability to gather informationExceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to proofread and edit own work.

Write copy that incites action–your primary goal is to motivate our target audience to sign up for an Ollie subscription.

Churn out engaging, high-quality, compelling creative, including captivating content for our social channels, marketing campaigns, website pages, and physical marketing materials.

Predict and persuasively address any barriers or objections that may be holding our prospects back from trying Ollie for their pup.

Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management or related field; or

Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in emergency operations, preferably in the humanitarian sector; and

Three (3) or more years of experience operating as part of a team in disaster response or humanitarian settings.

An equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.

Other Rescue, WASH, or Humanitarian Certifications desired.

Strong organizational skills, the ability to shift tasks rapidly, self-motivation, and strong verbal communication skills;
