Report all hazards and unsafe acts

Ensure third party compliance whilst on the premises

Actively promote a positive, proactive safety culture throughout the company

Support the program to secure and implement the PRS Integrated Case Management Certifications Worldwide

Maintain post release and home study program personnel files, training records and training certifications.

Participate in workshops, seminars, education programs and other activities that promote professional

Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.

Assist in establishing and implementing a training strategy and goals for the Post Release and Home Study Program.
