Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical terminology is a plus.

Able to assume the responsibilities delegated by the Manager, to provide efficient and effective coordination of care.

$20.00 - $22.00/ hour depending on experience, and skills

Resolves pre-certification, registration and case-related concerns prior to a patient's appointment.

Minimum of 1 year relevant healthcare experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and tact, when dealing with insurance companies, patients and other health care facilities.

Manage outreach to providers to ensure they are available to see new patients and fit the specific member need

3+ years of experience in the recruiting and/or healthcare industry

Experience in research and cold outreach

Outstanding written & verbal communication, solid organization skills, high attention to detail
