Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional leader to be our clients' next CEO! You will be responsible for leading the hospital's growth by ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and financial strength.


Responsibilities


  • Provide accurate and timely reports on hospital operations, aligning with the strategic plan's performance measures.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance management team, including recruitment of necessary team members.
  • Foster positive relationships and collaboration at all organizational levels, including the Medical Unit and Board of Managers.
  • Establish operational controls, administrative procedures, and reporting systems to exceed clinical and financial goals set in the strategic plan.
  • Professionally represent the organization to customers, shareholders, the financial community, and the public.
  • Implement hospital-wide policies and patient rights, subject to approval by the Medical Unit and Board of Managers.
  • Develop a strong senior team and collaborate with the Medical Director and medical staff to ensure clinical excellence and operational performance.
  • Support the hospital's Continuous Quality Improvement Plan and measure its effectiveness to demonstrate clinical excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and healthcare laws.
  • Recruit and retain a qualified medical director and staff.
  • Establish and maintain a safe working environment that complies with licensure, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee the financial structure and take corrective actions when necessary to achieve established objectives.
  • Ensure service provision through contracts, negotiations, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Create, implement, and manage a strategic plan focusing on clinical excellence, financial performance, and business development in coordination with the Board of Managers.
Requirements


  • Med-Surge hospitals and systems (for profit and non-profit knowledge) preferred,
  • Rehabilitation hospital experience.
  • Clinical and Administrative Management experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred).
  • 5 years of successful healthcare management experience preferably as hospital or healthcare facility as a CEO or COO.
