Resort Restaurant Server Jobs

Bussing, bar backing, or assisting the Lead FOH, bartenders, or Restaurant Managers when needed based on the shift

Assist in cashiering/taking payments from guests. Understanding/training of our POS system. Must have basic computer knowledge.

Exceptional customer service & communication skills

All guests will be acknowledged with a friendly smile and focus on high-end customer service

Reports directly to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager

Adhere to additional duties as directed by Resort Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manger

Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation

Must have or obtain TIPs certification at the start of the position. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

The qualifications for a poolside server:

Laughing Gull/Beachside Burgers Poolside Service $3.25 Plus tips

Has knowledge of common drinks being served, ingredients, and prices

Check guests identification in order to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
