Come join our food and beverage team who have the front row seat to amazing culinary creations and curating exceptional guest experiences! No matter what outlet you work in – you are sure to be part of a memorable dining experience. Here’s a ‘nibble’ on what they are all about!

Casual dining: The Waterfront Restaurant is known for its casual, laid-back vibe. It’s the perfect place to unwind, either on the patio or indoors. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner. It is a family friendly, fun atmosphere by day and enjoyed by customers appreciating live music and cocktails by night.

Fine dining: 240 West is positioned as a locally sourced, handcrafted cuisine in a rustic atmosphere. Our Executive chef works with local growers and producers to bring quality and sustainable ingredients to your table. Our rustic atmosphere is influenced by wine country, with reclaimed wood beams, rich fabrics and a large stone fireplace.

In-Room Dining offers an array of options for the private guest experience. An extensive menu is available, from breakfast favorites like eggs and bacon to unique dinner entrees sure to delight season to season!

Banquet Events provide an exception guest service experience for a variety of casual cookouts and cocktail hours on the patio to formal celebration events in our Ballroom and Pavillion.

Servers are the face of our dining services and events, and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Restaurant servers’ responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. In Room Dining (Room Service) Servers do a combination of reading order tickets and assembling the order in the kitchen area, delivering / serving orders to the rooms, cleaning and bussing guest room and clearing hallways of trays, glasses, etc.. Event serving is a team approach to service the customized dining choices the group has made specifically for their event, from buffet to table to hand delivered hors d'oeuvre service. These individuals will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.

Servers role:

• Be the master of the menu, understanding the details to enhance the conversation
• Work collaboratively with other servers, bussers, hostesses, kitchen and bar staff
• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service ahead
• Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy
• Someone who can regularly lift 25 pounds
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant or deliver to room in a prompt and courteous manner
• Be accurate in your order taking, confirming all special requests
• Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
• Guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu

Your Environment: Controlled indoor temperatures, could experience high temperatures and high humidity when outdoor serving for our outlets and events. Varied volume levels based on capacity of outlet or event and entertainment schedule. Standing and walking on hard surface tile flooring, possibility for wet floors, grass, pool deck and carpet - non-slip shoes a must!

What are we looking for?

We are actively interviewing for In Country H2B Visa employees who are looking to extend within the US from April 15, 2023 through October 31, 2023 (some flexibility within these dates).
