Supporting the Crew Lead and Electrician on the successful servicing and Maintenance of Tesla’s solar products.

Attending weekly team meetings and mandatory training sessions on new products, best service practices, and standard workmanship guidelines.

Following building standards and codes when installing and servicing panels and support structures.

Assisting with routine maintenance on energy systems.

Providing an exceptional customer experience to all customers.

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD. Google Docs and Salesforce experience a plus

Bachelor Degree or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience

Determine local and national code requirements that apply to the project

General math skills and experience working with data

Promptly manage and respond to customer concerns and inquiries

Add, cancel or make changes to scheduled install dates as needed to create efficiencies and meet customer requirements

Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by the Operations Manager and Project Managers

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules

Collecting energy usage rates from homeowners to evaluate solar viability.

Prospecting (canvassing) defined residential neighborhoods.

Setting solar home design appointments.

$17 per hour + commissions. On Target Earnings are $45 per hour.
