Residential Real Estate Paralegal Jobs in California

Knowledge of and specific experience editing CAR and AIA real estate forms is essential.

Hours: 10:00am-6:30pm ; 1 hours lunch

Location: In midtown across LA County Museum Art (LACMA)

Paid vacation and personal time off after trial period.

Familiarity with timesheets and client billing is a plus.

Minimum of four years of specific paralegal experience working in commercial real estate

Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contracts and loan commitments through closing and post-closing.

Prepare organizational documents and assist in entity formation.

Responsible for closing binders and assisting with other aspects of the transactions as needed, both locally and nationally.

Provide coordination efforts with respect to documentation and closing of real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases and financing.

Perform research and analysis of real property legal descriptions, property ownership, property profiles, title reports, leases, licenses and contracts.
