This includes ensuring that the property is well-maintained, that tenants are satisfied, and that the property is profitable. Detailed Job Description The primary responsibility of a Residential Property Manager is to ensure that the property is well-maintained and that tenants are satisfied. This includes conducting regular inspections of the property, responding to tenant complaints, and resolving any maintenance issues. The manager is also responsible for collecting rent, managing tenant leases, and ensuring that the property is in compliance with local laws and regulations. Additionally, the manager may be responsible for marketing the property and finding new tenants. Job Skills Required
