Ensure that any health or safety issues regarding an adult or child resident is reported to the on-call management staff
Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills with moderate to strong computer knowledge

Provide staff coverage in the residence and oversee all activities including chores, meal preparation, groups, and cleaning
Assign weekly resident chores, facilitate chore training for new residents, and assist in supervision of house maintenance
Complete assigned cleaning during shift

Detailed Job Description The primary responsibility of a Residential Property Manager is to ensure that the property is well-maintained and that tenants are satisfied. This includes conducting regular inspections of the property, responding to tenant complaints, and resolving any maintenance issues. The manager is also responsible for collecting rent, managing tenant leases, and ensuring that the property is in compliance with local laws and regulations. Additionally, the manager may be responsible for marketing the property and finding new tenants. Job Skills Required
