Residential Pool Driver Jobs

Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service calls to Route Manager or Dispatch before attempting service.

Participates and cooperates in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by Route Manager.

Works closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify problem or unsafe accounts.

Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch, assisting other company drivers as directed.

Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.

Communicates customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Route Manager.

A working and reliable cell phone. (A phone with a camera and picture-sending capabilities is preferred but not required.)

Basic pump and filter maintenance

Interacting with homeowners on a daily basis in a professional manner

Legal ability to work in the United States

A clear criminal history; i.e., no felony convictions.

Ability to pass a drug test.

Coordinate clinical care with case management services and other services both inside and outside of WellPower.

Part-time/Variable Hours (Typically up to 24 hours per week)

Provide individual psychotherapy with consumers to provide support and insight.

Assess the people we serve throughout the workday, and provide behavioral support and direction.
