Residential Energy Advisor Jobs

Ensure that any health or safety issues regarding an adult or child resident is reported to the on-call management staff

Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills with moderate to strong computer knowledge

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Provide staff coverage in the residence and oversee all activities including chores, meal preparation, groups, and cleaning

Assign weekly resident chores, facilitate chore training for new residents, and assist in supervision of house maintenance

Complete assigned cleaning during shift

Ten plus (10+) years of relevant experience with industrial manufacturing environments and/or strategic energy management practices

Identify efficiency opportunities, calculate energy savings, maintain customer relationships, and deliver presentations

Directly market to large commercial, industrial and government facility owners

Coordinate and educate customers, and provide training for internal and external clients on energy related issues

Evaluate energy consuming systems and consult on behalf of the utility energy efficiency program

Provide effective organization and communication

Track all activity in data management system accurately and completely to ensure data quality; Follow reporting requirements outlined by supervisor

Excellent organization, record-keeping, and time management skills

Bachelor’s Degree or combination of training, education, and work experience in a related field

Customer Intake: Establish account, determine qualification and eligibility, conduct entry interview, and advise customer as appropriate

As needed: Participate in community marketing, education, and outreach events as an expert resource
