Residential Clinical Coordinator Jobs

Required Skills, Abilities & Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred; an equivalency can be used based on experience and education.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in a community-based program for the developmentally disabled.

Administrative experience with the direct supervision of staff.

Provide supervision of assigned staff within AWARE Group Homes.

Supervise and apply treatment plans of those living in the group home.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong teamwork and organization/time management skills.

LSW or LPC required; Independent licensure and two years previous experience desired.

Ability to comply with The Village Network requirements for using restraints including sufficient strength and completion of extensive training.

Experience in the assessment and treatment of children and families.

Knowledge of youth developmental stages and family dynamics.

Provides oversight and manages the clinical intake process.

Manages all outside referrals for clinical services.

Master’s degree in social work with an LMSW or an MHC with a limited permit.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
