A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (we'll provide the plumbing-mobile)

A desire to defend citizens in your community from plumbing disasters

Standard Heating & Air Conditioning

Working knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture (required).

Knowledge of construction techniques, construction documents, and familiarity with codes and review processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Full-time, Exempt salary position. Salary based on experience

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school (preferred, but not necessary).

Ability to edit architectural documents-floor plans, elevations, electrical, sections, details, plot plans.
