Resident Operations Director Jobs in Texas

Experience with Learning Management Systems, Human Resource Systems and Learning and Development knowledge preferred

Assist unit manager by providing guidance to all levels of staff regarding processes and operating procedures

1-3 years of relevant experience

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Coordinate team efforts to ensure the efficiency of quality, timeliness, and general operation to maintain workflow of the department

Evaluate equipment and staff resource allocation and help identify potential issues that may impact department workflow

Two (2) years of experience working in college student environment or the equivalent experience.

Two (2) years of experience in a student resident environment or the equivalent.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Provides direct supervision to Resident Assistants, Office Assistants, and Community Director (contingent on assigned community).

Recruit, select, train, and evaluate student staff members.

Serves on Division of Student Affairs and University-wide committees.
