Resident Operations Director Jobs in Minnesota

Responsible to assist in the management of a survey, conducting investigations, and filing all vulnerable adult reports as required with regulators.

Assist the finance department in resident issues related to MA pending applications, and financial collection issues.

Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Performs administrative responsibilities for the residence hall including management of a budget and organization of housing details.

Manages student care in residence hall (including emergency responses, advising students, and administrative follow-up).

Strong communication and human relation skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Supervises student staff of Resident Assistants (including hiring, job training, and team development).
