Detailed Job Description Residence Inn is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, and handling any customer inquiries or complaints. The Front Desk Agent is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Job Skills Required
