Research Technology Training Manager Jobs

Oversee SXM Media’s set of content management + discovery tools, in particular, capabilities roadmap, administration, measurement, and reporting

Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, project team members, developers, and management

Drive 3rd party Content Management System (CMS) vendor evaluation process, comms, PO and contract workflows, etc.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

Plan, manage and conduct usability testing of new and existing system features

Passionate about capital markets and a desire to become highly skilled in equity research

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Proficient communication and presentation skills

(e.g., analysts and portfolio managers at top mutual funds and hedge funds)

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA

Evaluate and compare vendor offerings based on criteria such as functionality, scalability, integration capabilities, and cost-effectiveness.

Research and identify technology vendors offering automation solutions for customer technical support processes.

Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations on technology solutions that best align with our business requirements.

Proven experience as a Technology Research Analyst, Technology Analyst, or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of technology trends, automation solutions, and emerging technologies in the customer support domain.

Experience with vendor evaluation and contract negotiation is a plus.

•Previous experience with hardware and software, such as sensors, Python, Excel, Matlab, Excel are plus.

• Manage time effectively to maximize availability when participants are arriving in the lab for user studies

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Experience in designing and delivering training programs in a clinical research or healthcare setting.

Experience in developing training materials, such as user manuals, online tutorials, and instructional videos.
