Strong proficiency with technology and online project management systems: SharePoint, MS Office, Airtable

Education: B.A./B.S. in related fields

5+ years' experience in trust and safety or related fields (must have experience in UGC moderation)

Experience working with moderation vendors, contractors, and BPOs and writing policy documents for vendor implementation

Must have experience working with Zendesk

Developing and maintaining a general knowledge of Subject Matter+Kivvit clients and the issues that impact them.

2+ years’ experience on Capitol Hill or in a government affairs setting.

Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.

Experience with research tools such as Bloomberg, Politico Pro, and Quorum.

Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

Completing legislative, public policy, and other research projects as directed.

Requirements gathering to determine what information is critical.

Learning and investigating trade mission, compliance procedure, and policies.

Research gathering, looking into the Regulatory Audits policy to create meaning and extract value.

Analyze program schedules, technical performance, and quality data for trends.

Work alongside communications team to develop messaging

Work closely with the Dashboard Designer, assisting with information selection that the designer will create visualizations for.

Facilitate sharing of new and existing partner tools and capabilities.

Knowledgeable about new technologies, especially those related to media.

Advanced Excel skills such as writing macros, V lookup, creating pivot tables etc. are desirable.

Extensive experience writing and delivering client-ready reports and presentations to executive audiences.

Deliver compelling insights that align the organization to effectively deliver on growth opportunities, comprehensive marketing strategies and enhanced client decision making.

Take ownership of assigned research projects from inception to execution to presentation of findings.

Proposal and report preparation experience

Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods

Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds

The responsibilities for the position include:

Managing administrative aspects of projects, to include scheduling client and internal meetings and note taking during client meetings.

Supporting the preparation of standardized operating procedures, work plans and reports.

3+ years of industry experience in an operational, product, or program management role, extra points for startup experience

Experience with Asana, JIRA, or other project management tools

Experience defining business and user requirements to inform our product and engineering teams

Build and manage metrics and reporting to track impact and determine care delivery success.
