Research Lab Manager Jobs in Washington

5-8 years related work experience required.

BA/BS and 5-7 years' progressively more resonsible experience OR MA/MS and 5+ years experience

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Related Field required. Master's degree preferred.

• Possess basic level of Project Management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Written and verbal communication skills.

• Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure.

Experience in driving projects, scheduling. Driving key tasks to completion. Taken on projects within cross functional teams.

Have experience working with research teams or research scientists.

Two to three years of laboratory management experience

Manage the laboratory, including procurement of supplies, oversight of laboratory equipment, and regulatory compliance for EHS, Human Subjects, and IACUC protocols.

Three to five years’ progressive experience in a research laboratory setting or related

Experience in immunology, protein engineering, and/or advanced molecular biology

Experience with yeast/phage display, next-generation sequencing, preclinical mouse tumor models, and flow cytometry

Oversee laboratory operations, providing leadership and guidance, support collaboration, facilitate projects, and identify infrastructure and technological needs.
