Research Administrator III minimum requirements: One year in pre-award and post-award grants and contract management, or relevant experience

Research Administrator IV minimum requirements: Three years in pre-award and post-award grants and contract management, or relevant experience

Prior recent grants and contract management experience of more than 4 years

Multi-project grants management experience with a wide variety of funding sources

Perform post-award activities, including annual progress report submission and sub-award activation and management.

Assist with fiscal management aspects of industry-sponsored clinical trials.

Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years clinical research experience w/demonstrated proficiency in study planning/development, study coordination/management, and/or data collection, or

Associate’s degree plus 5 years clinical research experience w/demonstrated proficiency in study planning/development, study coordination/management, and/or data collection, or

High School diploma/GED plus 7 years clinical research experience w/demonstrated proficiency in study planning/development, study coordination/management, and/or data collection

Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years clinical research experience w/demonstrated proficiency in study planning/development, study coordination/management and data collection

Knowledge and skill with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and e-mail computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience that demonstrates knowledge and competency

5 years program coordination support experience; including at least 2 years of experience organizing multiple projects through to completion

2. Maintain precise records and organize records of experiments. Analyze and report on data that are generated.

4. Execute chemical characterization assays including solubility, pH, osmolality and others.

7. Troubleshoot experiment results for cells and media, raw materials, media formulation, product storage, and QC assays.

8. Maintain stocks of chemicals, reagents and supplies in the laboratory, ordering and tracking materials as required.

3. Computer literate including, but not limited to, SAP and MS Office.

Master’s Degree in a relevant science plus one (1) year of related research experience

Or a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant science plus two (2) years of related research experience.

Performs various research and clinical technical operations relative to ongoing investigatory activities of a laboratory

Assists in conducting specialized research for a particular phase of a project.

Assists in the conducting of a continuous program of research and development regarding the analytical and instrumentation functions of the laboratory.

Participates in the evaluation of the existing procedures, suggesting revisions where necessary and proposing new procedures where required.

4 to 6 years of experience within the investment or a closely related industry

Experience in a research position

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Provide valuable fundamental analysis of the public securities of 100-125 companies within the investment grade financials sector

Gather data, assess trends, forecast metrics, and provide outlooks on companies

Monitor industry conditions and assess how trends and themes may affect the credit quality of companies within the sector

3-4 years of research/evaluation experience, preferably in Health Education or related field

Contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on improving health and education outcomes

Work remotely from anywhere in the United States

Clean and manage quantitative data

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Public Health, Educational Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis (desirable)

Strong research skills, including experience with literature reviews and data analysis

Conduct research to support projects related to health and education

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
