ACI Strength Testing Technician Certification or ability to obtain within an 8 month period.

Monitor Plant Batching Operations to ensure proper batching sequences as well as Batch procedures.

Perform field testing of concrete, including fresh and hardened properties along with air, slump, unit weight, and strength.

Evaluates product quality and performance to establish “Benchmarks” for products and raw materials.

Takes appropriate actions to correct material failures and implements processes and procedures to prevent future problems.
