Immediately informs a foreman, supervisor or manager of any potential safety threats

Enters the proper information into the productivity measure

Identifies the correct pick location and pick sequence in accordance to the order

Identifies and immediately reports miss-located products

Shrink wraps and labels with correct truck, stop and other required information

Stages pallets in appropriate bay

Other duties as assigned by management.

6 months of previous warehouse experience preferred; or equivalent physical work experience in place of a degree.

Knowledge of safe lifting procedures, and food safety guidelines.

Skill in building pallets of products quickly, accurately and safely.

Pay rate: Up to $26.13 per hour

Production incentives for meeting metrics

Select and scan orders for customers, placing correct labels on each item ordered/picked, and safely wrap and palletize selected products.

Ability to use powered equipment (pallet jack) in accordance with safety rules.

Position is a night position. Duties are performed until finished as business needs dictate. Requires Sunday night availability.

Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly throughout the night.

Salary Range: $19.61/hr - $22.07/hr based on experience

Communicates with staff regarding the Repack projects and the production plan.

 Must be able to operate a variety of RF scanners to track all product movement.

 Must be able to operate a pallet jack, forklifts, and cherry picker in an efficient and safe manner.

 Must be able to identify and select the correct product and quantity.

 Must be able to determine partial cases items when necessary.

 Responsible for contacting Forklift Operators to replenish product in empty pick bins.

 Check for product "in transit" at the end of each night.

Main function will be to repack broken/damage product into good, sellable cases

Accurately pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallets and storing orders in the staging area when they are prepared for shipment

Build delivery loads of a variety of product onto pallets and preparing them for loading on trucks for delivery

Operate electric pallet jack and/or forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, count and load product

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Examines and inspects stock items for wear and defects and notifies management of inventory issues.

Prior experience working in multiple departments in a distribution center.

Previous experience operating material handling equipment.

Ability to understand written material.

Uses material handling equipment to locate and deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
