 AA/AS degree with 5+ years relevant experience

· Prior management of 15+ direct reports

· Lead and manage the project organisation including Project managers, Site Managers and Engineering Managers

· Lead and manage sub-contractors

· Experience overseeing a large project ($600M+) from cradle to grave - Energy, Civil, Rail etc

As Project CEO duties include:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience

5 years+ of experience obtained in strategy, consulting, or commercial role

Strong consulting skillset, incl. structuring workstreams and deliverables

Partnering with the Project Development leadership team on the agenda aligned with project development priorities and organizational goals

Managing individual projects and continuous improvement initiatives, structure workstreams, drive results, effectively communicate insights, and track implementation

Leading process improvement mapping initiatives and lessons learned workshops

Have two to five years of construction management experience

Have two to five years of project management experience

Experience with construction administration and project management

Manage governmental programs and reporting requirements

Manage subcontractor scope and performance contractual requirements.

Develop and effectively manage project schedules of multiple simultaneous projects to assure timely delivery.
