Resolve any issues that may derail travel itinerary

Be adaptable and flexible to constantly changing requirements dictated by client-driven or other factors, adhering to the SLA.

Strong active interviewing skills to obtain pertinent information to efficiently work an opportunity.

Have hotel brand-specific knowledge and be able to recommend appropriate properties.

Work with the Market Manager to achieve market goals, ensure workload is distributed properly, and receive assistance as needed.

2-3 years of professional experience in a client-serving role
