Remote Talent Acquisition Generalist Jobs in Virginia

Knowledge of, and experience in, candidate process management, onboarding, and new hire orientation and general recruitment life cycle

Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment or human resources operations experience as related to the job

Experience working with MS Office, including proficiency in MS Excel, is required

Demonstrated skills in being detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects

Experience in an HR or Applicant Tracking System (ATS), is highly preferred

Plan, facilitate, and drive virtual Orientations via MS Teams and online lunch w/CEO with new hires

Prior experience in project management and delivery

Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills (preferred)

Lead and direct performance management for the team

Effectively coach and mentor colleagues and provide opportunities for collaboration, development, and upskilling to enhance the talent acquisition process

Bachelor's degree in business or a related area or equivalent experience

Minimum six years of professional experience
